Health Diary 3

Pheww! finally went to gym! did  35m on the steps, 25m on the treadmill. and some weights. Feeling awesome, but dont feel its enough, next session needs to be more intense, more calories, more perspiration or more 'fat crying' as one of the personal trainer  says. :D

Despite 2 days of heavy eating, my weight maintained, back then when i wasn't working out, my weight would've gone up. Yeay, this shows im doin something right, right? hope so. :D
