Started the day with 'What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong', should start using it as alarm, really boost up my morale for the day. Woke at 6.30 for prayer, then fell asleep at woke up again at 9. Late for gym session again. Huuh... Lucky all this week's paperwork is done and over with.
Gym update: Getting toned but not losing weight just yet... hmm.... People are always so concerned of weight, I'm more concerned of health and getting fit. I did a BMI and health check the other day, and results: fat:44%, Muscle: 22% and body age is 73kg. That is not a healthy weight for a 156cm short person. AND my body age is 49 y/o, I'm in my early 2o's OK?. -.-"
