health diary:13

 Hi people!
4 more days and i should be able to hit d gym for cardio n strength training again. Oh my lord, how I felt so crippled not being able to do cardio. Can't wait!

The toe never really looked d same, considering of getting it checked out. :/

Did you know: for a child's bone to recover (from broken or fracture bones) usually takes about 4 weeks, and about 6 weeks for grownups. Best to start working out again by stages.
