dry coughs and dusty Shah Alam

So the city council have been widening the roads in Shah Alam. In order to do that they have been eliminating the initial divider by smashing it into pieces, flatten them - shrinking the size of the divider to make space for the road. The process releases dust in the air, resulting air pollution in Shah Alam, the dry and hot weather does not help either and thus as people inhale it they gradually get sick, mostly dry coughs. That includes me :(

So as usual I went on the net for remedies, natural remedies, that s**t is the best! XP

So came across this page:7 cough remedies

I am just going to list it here, but you gotta visit the page for details, directions and recipes ;)

  1. A spoonful of honey
  2. Licorice root tea
  3. Gargle salt water
  4. (inhale) Steam - not just any steam visit page for the details.
  5. Tea thyme
  6. pepper & honey
  7. Ginger peppermint syrup
So I kinda don't have any of these and extra lazy, but I do have mint tea, and that will have to do for now i guess. :)
